3/13/08 6 pieces of news. Ya ready? 1) New theme song covers: Remix by Cusimo & Co. Cover by FutureIdiots.com Hip Hop version by DJ Dub. New song by Keith Burgun. 2) Freddy's popped up in an odd place. I've SORT OF been featured on Rolling Stone's website. They have an article where they mention Nightmare on Elm Street (the movie series). Even though it doesn't seem to be AVGN related, notice the picture at the top. Look familiar? 3) New interview for the fans from Sweden. And if you're not from Sweden, it's still worth checking it out. 4) A nice review of my work as the AVGN. 3/8/08 CineMassacre's 200th film! This is not exactly AVGN related. It's my own retrospective on how I got started making films and how my hobby evolved. It happens to be my 200th film so I thought the idea would be appropriate. Hope you enjoy. Also, you can see it on YouTube.

And I've added another fan cover of the AVGN theme song by Mat Howlett The biggest news I have, as far as my own personal projects go, there will be a 20-25 minute documentary coming soon entitled CineMassacre 200. 1/3/08 Dear MagFest Attendees: BAD NEWS Since the day after Christmas, I've been really sick. My throat is all fucked up and I got the shakes. I expected to feel better by MagFest, but instead it's just getting worse and worse. Today, I have no voice, so I couldn't even speak to do a Q&A. It's also ruining production on the next episode, I'll have to be the Angry Sign-Language Video Game Nerd. Anyway, that'll be taken care of, because I have an unreleased video, ready to go, which is my trump card, my last resort. But to all those attending MagFest, maybe you'll see me, maybe you won't. I'm trying to stay in bed and feel better. Anyone coming all the way there to get an autograph by me or anything, I'm real sorry that this has happened. It's disappointing me, just as much as you. I was really looking forward to coming down. It's not like I make public appearances very often, so it's a real downer that I have to get sick for the holidays and MagFest. It's just my luck. 1/1/08 Happy New Year! I've been interviewed on Micro-Shock.com. It's a good one. They also reviewed my zombie film The Deader the Better. I'll also be appearing at MagFest on Friday. CNN Headline News aired "You Know What's Bullshit, episode #2 - Pennies" on "News to Me." Check it out! And also, the AVGN Christmas episode will most likely be released in two parts, and before Christmas for sure, so hang in there, it's on the way.
12/3/07 11/25/07 11/22/07 11/21/07 Then got back from a vacation and look at all the stuff that's happened while I've been away. * First of all, the new video is up! * Second, we've been on Spike TV! * Then... I don't want to jinx it, but it looks like I finally have a Wikipedia page. Let's see how long it takes before it gets deleted. * Then, I noticed another nice article about me. * Also, a recent interview from VGXPO 2007 has surfaced, done by PBC Productions. * And last, but certainly not least, the biggest news we've all been waiting for: The price is $18.98. Within the U.S., there's a flat shipping rate of $7.00. Outside the U.S, the shipping rate can vary. Keep in mind, the DVDs are packed with 4 hours of content. THE BAD NEWS - The movie clips used in the Back to the Future and Rocky reviews have been removed, as well as any other videos that had copyrighted content, including music. I know that may be disappointing, but it would be our ass getting sued. Not yours. The internet is one thing, but when you're selling it, it can be a different story. Just wanted to end that debate before it starts. THE GOOD NEWS - To make up for anything that I removed from the videos, I put new stuff in! The Wally bear and Rocky videos have new endings! The Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street videos have a new original soundtrack by Justin Sobers (Zalai.com) and it sounds much better! WHAT'S ON THE DVD's DISC 1 BONUS FEATURES * NOTE * I'd like people to know that the documentary is from January 2007, so comments expressed DO NOT reflect any current events. DISC 2 BONUS FEATURES NO NEW VIDEOS? - Many people are wondering why none of the videos from 2007 are included. Well, that's already about 4 hours worth of content right there. Yes, we are planning to release the new videos on DVD eventually. But FIRST, let's get the old ones out. Anyway, that's the news, if you're someone who helped with the DVD and I already promised you a copy, it will be on the way as soon as I get them. 11/2/07 10/31/07 Hope you enjoy my Halloween themed videos. Since last year's videos were based on Freddy and Jason, I decided that I had to do Leatherface and Michael Myers this year. Since the games are on Atari 2600, there's really not much to say about them, but it's fucking Halloween, so it's mandatory! Anyway, I have to tend to other things in my life and am taking a much needed break. There will be one video out sometime in November, but it'll be short and basic like one of the old videos such as Karate Kid or TMNT. 8/17/07 I spent the last week in Las Vegas for WEVA's videographer convention. DVideography and I attended the seminars, and I did a commentary for a wedding video I edited. To some fans' surprise, I dropped no F-bombs. Also, we submitted some of our company's videos to a contest and swept up some awards. We also went to a fake wedding for the purpose of demonstrating camera techniques. Later that night, I went into "Angry Nerd mode", or "Crazy Cinemassacre mode" and as a result, we made this video: Feel free to embedd it with this code.

7/18/07 New video! A Simpsons Double feature! 7/15/07 Back from my trip! Had a good time but a hectic crazy time at E3. Attended the press conferences, met a lot of fans, game designers and website staff. Went to a lot of the after parties, had a lot of free booze, sat 4 seats away from Stan Lee, held a monkey, and played a lot of upcoming games such as Contra 4, Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, Super Mario Galaxy, Castlevania: Dracula X Chronicles, Resident Evil with the Wii Zapper, and the Wii fit games. If you have 54 minutes to spare, you can see the talk show we did for Coin-Op TV. It was LIVE. After a tiring week at E3, I was nearly falling asleep during the show. If you skip to about 31:30, I recite the famous TMNT rant! In a Batman outfit!!! You can also see our videos from E3, on ScrewAttack.com, there's 4 videos on the main page.
